Two days away

We just came back from a wonderful couple of days spent in a remote cabin in Hedgesville, W. Va about 15 miles from Berkeley Springs. No TV, very limited connectivity and acres of forest surrounding us.

It was awesome. First night we made a terrific meal of Rack of Lamb, Broccoli Rabe and Gorgonzola Gnocchi. Last night we had dinner at a mountaintop restaurant and watched the sunset.

There was a screened porch in front and an open deck in back. The weather was perfect and the stars were definitely out.

Hard to leave today so I guess we'll just have to go back.
